What exactly is creatine?

Unlike the general misconception, creatine is not an steroid . Creatine is a compound which is nitrogenous in nature and occurs naturally in fish and meat. It is a product of three amino acids which are: arginine ,glycine and methionine. Creatine has become a one of the most popular sports supplements since its introduction around 16 years ago. Ethyl Ester

Ethyl Ester type unlike for the monohydrate type no sugar is needed and no initial 5 days loading is needed .It has also known to have no side effects. It is available in powder form or as a pill and the dosage is twice a day.

TRI-CREATINE

This is a type made from malic acid and the original monohydrate . The resulting product is Tri-creatine malate which has a better water solubility , reduces elements of gastric discomfort and has a bigger effect on the ATP circle.

Buffer Creatine

This type has the feature of converting to creatine at a faster rate than the other types of creatine . This means that a lesser amount is require. For example only 1 to 2 grams in the morning and before training is required.
